U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale’s decision to not run for reelection has resulted in a highly competitive race in Montana’s primary this year. There are a total of 12 candidates – eight Republicans and four Democrats – vying for the U.S. House seat in the state’s 2nd Congressional District, which encompasses central and eastern Montana, including cities like Billings, Great Falls, and Helena.
MTN conducted interviews with all the candidates to learn more about their platforms and how they are striving to distinguish themselves from the rest of the candidates.
