Donald Trump Jr. will be joining Gov. Greg Gianforte and U.S. Rep. Ryan Zinke for a campaign event and fundraiser on Sunday, April 28, at the University of Montana.
The event, taking place at the University Center Ballroom, is hosted by the Montana Association of Conservatives as a fundraiser for its political action committee, Mac-Pac. To attend, interested individuals can sign up on the website.
A spokesperson for the group confirmed the event on Thursday, as reported by the Daily Montanan.
Tickets for the event are priced at $75 per person. Attendance is restricted to ticket holders with their names on the list, and no individuals under the age of 16 will be permitted. Doors will open at 1 p.m., with the program beginning at 2 p.m.
In addition to Trump Jr., Gianforte, and Zinke, Republican consultant and author Alex Bruesewitz will also be speaking at the event.
There are donation opportunities available for candidates and small businesses, including tickets and advertising at various rates. A $4,000 donation would include a large advertisement, an on-screen advertisement, and a mention from the podium.
The Mac-Pac, registered with the Federal Election Commission in March, is a Montana-based hybrid PAC with no current affiliations with other organizations, as noted in their FEC filing.
Speaking about the event, Gianforte stated, “Joe Biden and the left have failed Americans and Montanans. Their policies have done nothing more than encourage an open border, rising crime, and historic inflation. I am proud to stand with Donald Trump Jr. and Representative Zinke as we work together to get our country back on track.”
Gianforte and Zinke have both endorsed former President Donald Trump for this year’s election, with Trump Jr. actively campaigning for candidates aligned with his father.
Gianforte faces a primary challenger in Lakeside Republican Rep. Tanner Smith, while pastor Mary Todd, a former challenger to Zinke, is also running in the 1st Congressional District Republican primary this year.
