Movies are now being adapted into musicals, rather than the other way around. Co-host Bruce Miller shares his recent trip to New York where he watched some of the hottest Broadway shows and also got an autograph from Daniel Radcliffe after a performance of “Merrily We Roll Along.”
Last year, movies like “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” and “Fast X” were box office hits. However, 2024’s summer movie season is off to a slow start with “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” struggling at the box office, along with other films like “IF” and “Dune: Part Two.”
