A National Women’s Soccer League club is poised to break an attendance record for the most fans at a professional soccer game in the U.S.
Karen Leetzow, the president of the Chicago Red Stars, spoke to Scripps News from Wrigley Field in Chicago, where the record-breaking event is expected to take place. The team will face Bay FC in a match on Ion at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
