BMG says that staffing proved to be difficult over the last three years or so, and they have been constantly hiring and interviewing for the last several years.
They say that they have had a hiring ad posted for kitchen staff that hadn’t been taken down in almost two years.
Only a bit ago, it had looked like they were finally starting to make progress. Just two and a half weeks ago BMG even had a full staff and they say they were looking forward to an amazing summer.
However, just in the last week and a half, kitchen staff started to leave BMG for various reasons and just this last weekend, they were reduced down to just a couple of line cooks with no applications coming in.
