The Department of Justice announced the arrest of a Texas man for allegedly threatening a federal agent who had investigated Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden.
Timothy Muller was arrested on Thursday by Justice Department officials and charged with interstate threatening communications, as well as influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal official. The arrest was carried out without incident, according to the DOJ.
The DOJ stated that Muller made a threatening call to the agent shortly after Hunter Biden was found guilty of multiple gun-related felonies. In the call, Muller allegedly made disturbing statements accusing the agent of covering up crimes related to child pornography and rape.
He further threatened the agent, stating that there would be consequences for their actions depending on the outcome of the election. The DOJ reported Muller’s threatening remarks in detail, highlighting the violent nature of his statements towards the agent and their family.
