BOZEMAN — Lily Laroque, the woman charged with vehicular homicide in the 2023 death of Manhattan teen Delaney Doherty, is now facing accusations of sexual assault at the Gallatin County Detention Center.
Court documents reveal that two female inmates at the detention center reported that Laroque sexually assaulted them on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
The first victim stated that while on a video call, Laroque forcefully struck her buttocks from behind, causing discomfort.

The second victim reported that Laroque approached her in the day room on June 12 and repeatedly struck her breasts.
Court documents indicate that a Gallatin County Sheriff’s deputy viewed video footage supporting both victims’ statements. The deputy then informed Laroque of her Miranda rights, to which she declined to speak without an attorney present.
Laroque appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court on Monday and was given a bail amount of $1,000 in addition to her previous charges.
Laroque was arrested in November 2023 for a fatal head-on crash that took the life of 17-year-old Doherty on August 3, 2023. She has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence and is currently held on $150,000 bail.
