MISSOULA — A local doctor facing allegations of sexual assault against patients appeared in court on Thursday, June 20.
A total of 15 individuals have accused Dr. Tyler James Hurst of sexual assault while in the emergency room at Community Medical Center.
Since the previous hearing earlier this month, three more victims have come forward. The allegations date back to 2017, according to court documents.
Dr. Hurst is currently in Mississippi at a sex addiction rehabilitation facility and is prohibited from leaving under a court order.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 2 p.m.
