Adidas has signed a 10-year deal with Texas Tech, making them the official footwear, uniform, apparel, and accessory partner of the Red Raiders. This partnership will see Texas Tech become the first college program to wear co-branded apparel featuring the Patrick Mahomes “Gladiator” logo. Financial details of the deal, effective as of Monday, were not disclosed. Patrick Mahomes, a former Texas Tech player who was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017, expressed his pride in bringing Red Raider Nation into the Adidas family.
