DALLAS — Arch Manning is in the game.
After being one of college football’s most notable names to not opt in to the upcoming EA Sports College Football 25 video game, the Texas quarterback announced via social media on Tuesday that he will, in fact, be a part of the highly-anticipated release.
The announcement featured Eli Manning, a two-time Super Bowl winner and Arch’s uncle, calling plays as his coach while Manning played the video game in full shoulder pads.
“EA Sports, I’m in the game,” Arch Manning said at the end of the video, playing off the company’s slogan.
Manning is set to serve as the backup again for the Longhorns this season behind Quinn Ewers.
Ewers was selected as a cover athlete for the video game’s highly-anticipated return.
