Pop megastar Taylor Swift is making her way back to the U.S. for more “Eras Tour” dates following a successful stint in Europe, aiming to please her dedicated fans — known as “Swifties” — in the country. Southwest, the budget airline, is stepping up to assist fans in the United States with their travel plans by increasing the number of flights available to help them attend the tour dates.
Southwest has introduced at least 10 new flights heading to various cities where Taylor Swift’s tour will take place across the U.S. These flights are currently open for booking.
For some of the routes, fans can board Southwest’s flight 22, a homage to one of the singer’s popular songs. Another flight, flight 1989, honors Taylor Swift’s birth year and one of her albums.

Southwest has announced the following upcoming flight dates:
- Oct. 17 – Flight number 22 from Baltimore/Washington to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood; Flight 1989 from Nashville to Miami
- Oct. 20 – Flight 1313 from Miami to Nashville; Flight 1213 from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood to Baltimore/Washington
- Oct. 24 – Flights to New Orleans, including from Austin and Baltimore/Washington
- Oct. 25 – Flights from Dallas and San Antonio to New Orleans
- Oct. 27 – Additional flights to help fans return home, with an extra flight added “to each of those cities”
Southwest also reminds passengers and fans that “remember, just like your first two checked bags, bracelets fly free!”
