We are currently in the midst of summer, with many shows just starting production or gearing up to do so. However, networks are already looking ahead to the 2024-2025 season and announcing premiere dates for their fall 2024 shows. These premieres typically air from September to November, and this year is no different.
NBC was the first to reveal their premiere dates, starting on September 23 with the return of The Voice and the new drama Brilliant Minds. The lineup extends through October and ends on November 19 with Night Court. Fan favorites such as the One Chicago series and the two versions of Law & Order (with Organized Crime moving to Peacock, while Found takes its timeslot) are all part of NBC’s fall schedule. New comedies like Happy’s Place and St. Denis Medical will also premiere with back-to-back episodes. Following NBC, ABC announced its premiere lineup starting on September 17 with Dancing With the Stars and High Potential, and continuing through October 18 with Shark Tank. ABC’s lineup also includes 9-1-1, Ryan Murphy’s new series Doctor Odyssey, Grey’s Anatomy, and Abbott Elementary.
CBS will kick off its premieres with Survivor on September 18, and include “Sneak Peeks” of new drama Matlock, starring Kathy Bates, as well as the new action-adventure reality competition series The Summit. CBS’s official premiere week starts on October 14 with NCIS and the prequel NCIS: Origins, and includes the beginning of the final season of Blue Bloods, which was split into two parts, with the first part airing earlier this spring.
Below are all the fall 2024 premiere dates. (Please note that this list will be updated as more dates are announced, and all times are in ET, unless stated otherwise.)
