Recent research from Exploding Topics revealed that 77% of businesses are currently using AI or considering its use, with 83% highlighting it as a top priority in their business strategies.
AI is being utilized in diverse ways. A survey by Forbes showed that 51% of business owners apply AI for cybersecurity and fraud management, while 56% leverage it for customer service. Additionally, 97% of respondents believed that the AI-driven ChatGPT text program would benefit their business.

Despite the positive impact of AI on businesses, concerns persist about the impact on workers. Mike Kaput, Chief Content Officer at Marketing A.I. Institute and co-author of “Marketing Artificial Intelligence: A.I., Marketing and the Future of Business,” emphasized that AI’s current use is only scratching the surface, with AI becoming more “empathetic” and “personalized.”
Kaput highlighted the importance of educating staff on optimizing AI tools to enhance their roles rather than replace human labor entirely.
He also discussed how businesses are increasingly adopting AI due to the benefits they experience and how individuals worried about AI’s impact on their jobs can gain a better understanding of its potential.
