After a brief hiatus for co-host Bruce Miller to mingle with Hollywood’s elite in Los Angeles, the show is back to discuss the Emmy Nominations.
“Shogun” and “The Bear,” two popular FX shows, seem to be frontrunners in the drama and comedy categories. However, there’s some debate among voters about whether “The Bear” truly fits into the comedy genre. Additionally, the Netflix series “Baby Reindeer” is a favorite in the limited or anthology series category.
We also have an exclusive interview with Mark Umbers ahead of the third season of “Hotel Portofino,” which will premiere on July 28th on PBS.
And let’s not forget about the blockbuster film “Twisters,” the sequel to the 1996 classic “Twister.” Co-host Terry Lipshetz was thoroughly impressed after taking his family to see it at the IMAX theater.
