ANN ARBOR, Mich. — A draft of an NCAA Notice of Allegations indicates that Michigan football head coach Sherrone Moore may face sanctions for his involvement in an illegal scouting/sign-stealing scheme. The investigation also implicates former head coach Jim Harbaugh, former linebackers coach Chris Partridge, and Denard Robinson, a former assistant director of personnel, of Level 1 violations. Harbaugh, who now coaches the Los Angeles Chargers, is accused of violating the Head Coach Responsibility rule for not providing phone and email records and failing to cooperate with the NCAA. Moore, who recently became head coach, is facing a Level II allegation.
