Walt Disney World is embracing a new era focused on villains.
Disney revealed plans to introduce a new villain-themed section at its Magic Kingdom park in Florida, marking its largest land expansion yet.
Additionally, Walt Disney World will revamp a portion of its Frontierland with two new attractions inspired by the “Cars” franchise films.

During the D23 Ultimate Fan Event showcase in Anaheim, California, Disney Experiences chairman Josh D’Amaro announced these upcoming projects and attractions.
Aside from Magic Kingdom’s expansion, Animal Kingdom will introduce more attractions based on “Encanto” and the Indiana Jones franchise.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will include a “Monsters, Inc.” themed area featuring its first suspended roller coaster.
At Disneyland in California, visitors can anticipate new Marvel and Avatar-inspired attractions.
On the movie front, Disney teased trailers for upcoming films like “Moana 2,” “Toy Story 5,” “Agatha All Along,” “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” “Ironheart,” and live-action adaptations of “Snow White” and “Lilo and Stitch.”
A third “Incredibles” movie, a new “Tron” film, and a spinoff from “Inside Out” titled “Win or Lose” are also in development. The third “Avatar” movie has been officially named “Avatar: Fire and Ash.”
