Let us imagine a scenario where there are individuals within our election system who support a particular political party’s claim that our elections are corrupt.
Suppose these supporters hold key positions at every level – county, state, and federal – and their role is to certify the votes.
What if they choose not to certify the votes? The system would descend into chaos, likely resulting in legal battles. Now, let’s say the courts are filled with judges who also align with a specific political ideology.
In such a scenario, a candidate who did not actually win could be declared as the victor. This court-appointed winner could then claim that our elections are so corrupt that all future voting in the country must be suspended.

This could mark the end of our 250-year democratic experiment. I fear we may witness such a scenario in the upcoming election.
