Bo Nix and Zach Wilson both threw touchdown passes as the Denver Broncos dominated the Green Bay Packers 27-2 in Week 2 of the preseason. Nix completed 8 of 9 passes for 80 yards, while Wilson went 2-for-6 for 29 yards. Jarrett Stidham also had playing time, throwing for 65 yards and a touchdown, and rushing for another TD. The Broncos defense shut down Green Bay’s offense, holding them to just 168 total yards and forcing a safety. It was a strong performance from Denver, with Wil Lutz contributing two field goals and the defense adding points with a safety. Michael Pratt struggled for the Packers, completing 10 of 16 passes for 52 yards. In another preseason matchup, the San Francisco 49ers edged out the New Orleans Saints 16-10. Quarterback Joshua Dobbs’ rushing touchdown at the end of the first half proved to be the winning score. Dobbs also threw for 133 yards in the game.
