MONTANA – Temperatures were in the upper 80s to mid 90s today across Montana, which was three to 11 degrees hotter than 24 hours ago. Showers and thunderstorms were developing across parts of southwest and southcentral Montana. Winds were 5 to 15 mph.
A southwest flow will bring moisture into Montana, bringing the threat of mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms to the state, especially central and west. This will last through Tuesday.
Very warm to hot early this week with cooler temperatures Wednesday as a cold front moves across the state. Another chance of showers and thunderstorm Saturday with warmer weather late week and this weekend.
Lows tonight in the 50s and 60s with highs tomorrow in the 80s and 90s. More of the same Tuesday and then cooling to the 70s and 80s, although 80s to around 90 southcentral and southeast.
