Wilmer Valderrama, the actor from NCIS, shared his desired way for his character to die if it were to happen. He expressed this during a panel at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, as reported by People.
Valderrama mentioned that he would like his character, Special Agent Nick Torres, to die heroically, similar to the character played by Denzel Washington in the movie Training Day. He envisioned a scene where he would defend his family amidst a storm of bullets, ultimately sacrificing himself in a dramatic fashion.
His costar, Brian Dietzen, also shared thoughts on a possible death scene for his character, Dr. Jimmy Palmer. Dietzen suggested that his character could die from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a disease he believes would bring a tragic and sad element to the show.
Dietzen, who previously participated in the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness for ALS, imagined the progressive impact of the disease on his character, emphasizing the emotional journey it would create.
Both actors’ ideas for their characters’ potential deaths add depth and intensity to the storyline of NCIS.
