Nobody knows where Roscoe is.
The community, which sits along East Rosebud Creek in the shadow of the Beartooths, boasted 16 residents in the 2020 census, so few that it’s not even given “town” status. Roscoe is a census-designated place, putting it somewhere below a city and above a commune.
