American professional wrestler Hulk Hogan made a memorable appearance on the RNC stage Thursday during the convention’s final night before former President Donald Trump’s speech.
Hogan, who initially stated, “As an entertainer, I try to stay out of politics,” changed his tune, declaring, “after everything that’s happened to our country over the past four years, and everything that happened last weekend, I can no longer stay silent.”
Known by his real name Terry Bollea, the wrestler referred to the GOP nominee for the 2024 presidential race as his “hero.”
Through recent television appearances, Hogan has made his allegiance to Trump apparent, showcasing his support for the former president.

On Thursday night at the RNC, Hogan addressed the attempted assassination of Trump, stating, “What happened last week when they took a shot at my hero, and they tried to kill the next president of the United States … enough is enough!”
Hogan then dramatically tore off a black T-shirt he was wearing on stage, revealing a red T-shirt underneath with Trump’s campaign sign, delivering a WWE-style show of support with an American flag and eagle printed on it, much to the delight of the crowd.
