There will be isolated showers and thunderstorms in the eastern plains and northern Wyoming, but they are expected to diminish this evening. Overnight, skies will mostly clear, with lows in the upper 50s and 60s. Hazy skies will still be present in much of the region, as ENE winds bring in smoke from nearby fires. This has led to an Air Quality Alert being issued for Yellowstone National Park and Sheridan County, WY until Saturday at 1pm. Over the weekend, temperatures will range from the mid 80s to 90s, with a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoons on Saturday and Sunday.
