She is scheduled to visit Milwaukee on Tuesday.
Delta Air Lines continues to struggle for the fourth consecutive day to recover from a tech outage, while other airlines are returning to nearly normal service levels. Delta has canceled more than 700 flights on Monday, bringing the total cancellations since the outage began on Friday to more than 5,500.
