Towering skyward at 15 feet tall, an egg-shaped dual-faced head bobs back and forth in the summer breeze.
On one side shades of orange and green streak down the face. On the opposing face, narrower stripes of blue and red stretch down.
Large eyes – fixed on nothing and everything at the same time – survey the surrounding buildings and passing cars.
Off to the side, artist Frank Hyder looks up at his work with just the slighted smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
