BILLINGS – Billings police have announced that they are currently investigating a “suspicious death” at the 4200 block of Carlton Avenue Southwest on Monday afternoon.
Authorities were called to a residence in South Billings near Ponderosa Elementary School for a welfare check, where they discovered the deceased individual, as reported by Lt. Matt Lennick.
Lennick shared on social media that certain aspects of the scene are deemed suspicious, prompting the department’s investigations team to lead the inquiry.
The Billings police crime scene van was present at the location as well.
No further details have been disclosed at this time.
