BOZEMAN — Heading into his first season as Montana State’s defensive coordinator, Bobby Daly said he wants to eliminate explosive plays and improve tackling at all points of the field.
That’s been put into practice during fall camp. Safety Blake Stillwell pointed to a tweaked tackling technique focused on leverage and better communication. Nickelback/safety Caden Dowler added that running to the ball at the end of every play has been a focal point.
