BOZEMAN — Bozeman Hot Springs is just one week away from unveiling its new facility.
“Our top priority for our customers was updating the locker rooms. The old building has been around since the 1930s,” said Robyn Duffy-Carlson, owner and president of Bozeman Hot Springs.
“It has transformed from bathhouses to dance halls to roller skating rinks over the years,” she added.
Since purchasing the property with her late husband Tom Duffy in 2013, Robyn has expanded with three new outdoor pools, a live music stage, and now, a new central location for the business.
Her goal is not to just create a recreational center, but rather a wellness hub that fosters a healthy community.
“Wellness has always been a core value for us. It aligns with our beliefs, and that’s the direction we’re heading in. We want to promote wellness as a lifestyle and educate people on the benefits of hot and cold therapies,” Duffy-Carlson explained.
Upon entering the upgraded facility, customers can enjoy the new café offering coffee and specialty Italian sodas.
Tom Duffy tragically passed away while working as a firefighter helicopter pilot nearly four years ago, leaving behind the business and his family. Robyn is honoring his memory through the Tom Duffy Foundation.
“The foundation aims to support local widows with school-aged children at home,” she mentioned. “All the photographs displayed in the new building are captures taken by Tom. He had a passion for photography, and all proceeds from their sales contribute to the foundation’s cause for widows and children.”
“I am eagerly anticipating each customer’s arrival to showcase the new facilities. I can’t wait to unveil the upgraded locker rooms with new showers to them,” Robyn added with excitement.
The new doors will officially open to customers on Wednesday, May 29.
