MONTANA – The sunshine made a comeback in eastern and central Montana today! The western region started off sunny but saw some clouds moving in later in the day.
While it wasn’t as sunny as yesterday in areas west of the Divide, temperatures were warmer today, with daytime highs reaching around 70 degrees across the state.
Gusty winds up to 25 mph were present in northeastern and southwestern Montana.
Scattered showers are expected to return to the west later in the evening, with a slight chance of precipitation moving into Billings.
Tonight, temperatures are predicted to remain relatively warm – most areas staying above 40 degrees in central and western Montana, while the east will see even warmer lows in the low 50s.
