Nearly half of registered voters in Butte-Silver Bow County had returned absentee ballots for the primary election by late last week and voters have all day Tuesday and early Tuesday night to drop them off.
People can also vote in person Tuesday and most county residents can do that at the Butte Civic Center from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are separate polling places for residents in Ramsay, Melrose, and Divide.
Ramsay voters can cast ballots in person from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ramsay School. Divide residents can vote at Grange Hall from noon to 8 p.m., and Melrose residents can vote at the Melrose School from noon to 8 p.m.
