It is undeniable that Caitlin Clark is a talented basketball player with the potential to become one of the top players in the WNBA.
Whether she currently holds a spot among the elite players in the league is a matter of debate.
As a rookie playing for the Indiana Fever, Clark has revealed that she will not be included in Team USA’s upcoming Olympic roster, suggesting that she may not be considered one of the top 12 American players in the WNBA.
Upon hearing the news, Clark expressed her determination to strive for improvement, stating, “I think I’m excited for the girls that are on the team. I know it’s the most competitive team in the world and I know it could have gone either way of me being on the team, me not being on the team.”

Fever coach Christie Sides acknowledged Clark’s motivation, sharing, “The thing she said was, ‘Hey, coach, they woke a monster,’ which I thought was awesome.”
