West Virginia University secured a verbal commitment from three-star cornerback Terrance “Deuce” Edwards on Saturday. Edwards made his decision over Virginia Tech and Michigan State, stating “I’m going to West Virginia University because when I’m there, it just feels like I belong,” to Rivals.com.
